We recommend that you take the time to de-clutter, cut the grass, wash windows, and attend to small remedial work. There is once chance to make a first impression!

De-personalise – Prospective buyers are interested in the property and not your belongings. So some of the photos, memorabilia, and personal keepsakes can be stored in readiness of a sale. It also helps prospective buyers imagine themselves in your home.

Pets – Not everyone will love your pet as much as you, and in fact some people may be scared, particularly of larger dogs. Keep your pets outside where possible and we also recommend bowls, beds, and trays are kept out of the way too.
